We are currently seeking a dynamic Sales Specialist for Atlanta. This exciting and challenging opportunity serves to stimulate census and assist identified communities in meeting budgeted occupancy and revenue goals. The Sales Specialist is considered an "expert" closer and is proficient in all Community Relations/Marketing Director activities.

Responsibilities include:

• Filling in as Director of Community Relations/Marketing Director as needed;
• Acting as Sales Coach to current and/or new Director of Community Relations/Marketing Director;
• Providing training to all key personnel in community to support marketing and sales goals;
• Participating in the development and implementation of new services/programs including design, packaging, pricing, promotion, etc.

The ideal candidate:

• A hands-on and self-motivated team player with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field;
• Two years experience in assisted living as Director of Community Relations or Marketing Director;
• Proven track record in sales;
• Excellent knowledge of sales and marketing concepts including sales, sales training; market analysis, market planning, advertising, and public relations.
• Expected travel is up to 100% throughout Georgia, Florida, North and South Carolina.
