We are expanding our sales staff by adding on new SALES SPECIALIST for Garden Plaza of Greenbriar Cove, located in Collegedale, TN. Come join the senior housing market and change the lives of the elderly.

Responsibilities include:

·      Must be able to meet or exceed community move in goals on a monthly basis

·       Setting, planning and meeting sales and marketing goals

·       Achieving and maintaining occupancy goals in a timely manner

·       Professional representation of the property in the larger community

·      Conducting a market analysis to determine sales sources

·      Generating sales leads

·      Attending networking events related to senior

Qualifications:

·         3+ years successful sales experience, preferably in senior housing

·         Prior regional experience is a PLUS

·      Exceptional track record in sales and marketing

·      Ability to “close the sale”

·         Results-oriented

·         Excellent hospitality and customer service skills

·         Excellent communication skills – verbal and written

·         Genuine compassion for seniors
