Supervisor Leadership Program – Management Training Program

Program Description

GEICO seeks bright, driven graduates to join our fast-track Supervisor Leadership Program. In this entry level, management training program you'll gain a comprehensive understanding of one of our major insurance operations: Sales, Customer Service, Claims or Auto Damage. (Selection into a particular track is determined by your interests and business needs.)

Program length varies by track; Sales is 12 – 18 months, Service is 15 - 20 months, Auto Damage is 15 – 21 months, and Claims is approx. 2.5 - 3 years due to additional classes and rotations needed for training. Each track provides you with an excellent opportunity to learn about our multi-billion dollar company and accelerate to a supervisor position!

GEICO believes that in order for you to be an effective supervisor, you must first understand the intricacies of our business and the job function you'll one day manage. Therefore, after completing our extensive classroom training and passing any necessary exams, you will have the good fortune to experience the sales position firsthand.

During this time, you will receive mentoring from a senior-level manager and work on projects that are critical to your department’s success. As you progress through your training, you will serve as a mentor, and assist in the training and coaching of new associates. Toward the latter part of your program, you will attend on-site supervisory preparation classes. Our ultimate goal is to have you eligible and ready for a supervisory position within two years!

We are committed to giving you the tools, knowledge and support that you’ll need to advance your career at GEICO. Associates who have started careers in our Supervisory Leadership Program have advanced into higher-level supervisor positions, and trainer and management roles.
