About the Job

What you will do:


Assist National Account Managers with activities that support their sales and ongoing customer service efforts.

  • Screen, coordinate and assign inbound sales inquiries and provide appointment support for sales team.

  • Support the timely execution of and assist in the production of qualification documents, sales proposals, presentation’s, sales promotions, marketing plans and projects, trade shows and various meetings.

  • Gather, maintain and develop sales leads through lead sources, publications and telemarketing techniques and support each manager with lead tracking, coordination and distribution of information.

  • Assist with the procurement of bid documents, plans and specifications and distribute as appropriate.

  • Assist with customer service initiatives and problem resolution.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by researching and resolving customer service issues reported directly from the customer, the CCC's, NCCC or RSC.

How you will do it:

  • Ability to communicate effectively with other team members

  • Facilitates between internal and external customers
    National Account Manager, Program Managers, Systems Applications Manager, Install Coordinators, Project Managers, GCs, Sub-contractors, Directors, NAFSS, Customer (Directors to VPs)

  • Conference Calls – Maintain Data for calls

  • Proficient in Outlook/Excel/Word

  • Proficiency in any of the follow a plus:
    - Seibel Analytics (Compass)
    - Citrix (ADMIN/CARMS)
    - SalesForce
    - Daptiv

  • Flexible/Adaptive – Ability to learn on the fly and work in a fast past environment

  • Possesses great teamwork skills

  • Project Deadline driven

  • Self-starter and ability to work independently

  • Able to work flexible schedule if needed.  Standard hours are generally (8-5) Monday-Friday

  • 1-3 years administrative experience                   

  • Demonstrated project coordination skills

  • Excellent customer service and problem solving skills

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision with attention to detail

  • Excellent written & verbal communications

  • Word processing, database, spreadsheet and presentation software

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities
