Position Summary

Under general direction of the Director of the Key Accounts Division, supports the Key Accounts team by coordinating and generating all customer and sales reports as well as all data requests by the Director of Key Accounts or Corporate Management.  This person will be managing and manipulating data using MAS500 system, so database experience is a must.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

1. Responsible for generating, analyzing and publishing reports such as month end, ad hoc and weekly sales performance reports; requires the utilization of multiple systems and the consolidation of data from various sources.
2. Responsible for tracking and communicating sales objectives and inputting and maintaining customer data using internal reporting system.
3. Conducts data analysis and data research; ensures accuracy of data being reported.
4. Responsible for providing support to Key Account team during business review by providing accurate data, creating presentations, etc.
5. Accurately prepares written correspondence to internal and external customers.  May assist with presentations and proposals at customer sites.
6. Works closely with Key Accounts group to analyze organization’s industry and competitive position.
7. Improves upon existing processes by seeking opportunities to creatively transform current industry practices into fresh alternative solutions.
8. By gaining a clear understanding of the organization's direction, structure, and requirements, candidate will anticipate the needs of the team and present viable solutions.
9. Provide customer specific business and consumer presentation templates for sales presentations.
10. Performs related duties as assigned.

Experience and Education Requirements

This position requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Normally requires two (2) to four (4) years directly related and progressively responsible experience. 

Minimum Skills, Knowledge and Ability Requirements

1.    Must have a minimum of 2 years database administration and reporting experience; MAS500 and Crystal Reports experience a plus.

2.    Superior analytical skills relative to sales data; fluent in profitability calculations a plus

3.    Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing to all levels within the organization

4.    Enthusiastic, flexible and versatile with the willingness and ability to pick up new skills quickly.

5.    Must be goal oriented, resourceful and motivated to assume additional responsibilities without being asked.

6.    Knowledge of web technologies a plus.

7.    Energy and passion to do what needs to be done with a track record of execution/results

8.    Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects under tight, short-term deadlines.

9.    Ability to effectively organize and track a large volume of information and projects

10. Ability to produce reports in a clear concise manner vs. just delivering data

11. Ability to analyze data and reports to assess for logic, completeness/redundancies and sense

12. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications
