A prominent company in the waste disposal industry is seeking a professional, career-minded call center representatives for temporary-to-hire opportunities. The main duties of the Customer Care Representative are to assist business and residential clients with:
• Inquiries about the range of services offered
• Research and answer questions about billing
• Assist clients in choosing the best service plan for their needs
• Set up new accounts
• Quote rates when appropriate using the account plan schedule
• Make necessary adjustments to existing accounts
• Send business correspondence as necessary
• Document all activity in the system
• Document client’s location using Mapsco coordinates
• Receive payments and make payment arrangements over the phone
• Provide exceptional, timely service to all callers
Skills:
•Must have at least a High School Diploma or GED
•Must have a stable work history – preferably no more than two jobs in the last 5 years
•Must have previous call center customer experience
•Must have strong computer proficiency – MS Office
•Must be able to read maps
•Must have professional phone skills
•Must have exceptional written communication skills (proper grammar is imperative – a writing sample will be required)
