General overview:
The Sales Support Coordinator is responsible for managing administrative functions including building proposals and specials projects for the Sales Team.
Responsibilities for the Sales Support Coordinator include but are not limited to:
- Act as an extension of the sales team to proactively grow sales
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve customer related issues
- Provide timely price quotations and proposals
- Cross reference competitive products and build proposal lists
- Assist in the preparation of quotations and RFP's
- Coordinate information flow between Sales and Contracting
- Support sales in all projects, day-to-day requests and operations
- Assist sales with other departments in maximizing customer performance and satisfaction
Experience and knowledge:
- PC Proficiency in MS Office Applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization/time management skills
- Ability to work and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently but also in a team environment
- Experience in medical field and/or distribution a plus
