PURPOSE
Perform technical service sales and sales support for this designer/manufacturer of automated processing equipment. This will include support activities to the Business Development Leaders and their direct customers and aftermarket service development.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
1. Performs work in a safe manner following all company safety rules and procedures.
2.Commitment to Total Quality Leadership (TQL) through implementation of the Quality Policy and participation in, or support of, teams and work groups. Understand and comply with all applicable requirements of the company’s ISO/cGMP quality system as documented in the Quality Manual, System Procedures, and Work Instructions.
3. Support the company system sales approach.
4. Support Business Development Leaders (BDL’s) in establishing relationships with all current accounts in order to provide aftermarket support and gain account information.
5. Responsible for supporting BDL’s in obtaining service contracts including relationship management through phone campaign and travel.
6. Provide technical sales support to the BDL’s and their direct customers by reviewing requirement specifications, coordinating FAT’s (Factory Acceptance Tests), etc.
7.Receive inquiries from customers and prospects, and provide product application analysis and support.
8.Support service technicians with any scheduling needs for service visits like organizing parts as well as supporting them when they are on the road visiting customers.
9. Develop and create quotes.
10. Schedule and coordinate machine quotes and order reviews as well as customer required activities associated with the order such as samples, direction, FAT, layout, or URS.
11. Generate basic layout drawings for quotations as well as customer layout drawings.
12. Support spare parts orders as needed including quote generation and assembly for shipping.
13. Monitor competitive activity and coordinate with sales.
14. Coordinate sales efforts with manufacturing, engineering, research and development.
15. Prepare site visit reports after visiting customers.
16. Represent the company at trade shows and utilize trade shows to further develop information on business intelligence as needed.
17. Assist in providing timely and accurate forecast information
18. Assist in the development of marketing materials.
19. Maintain customer related fields in Infor XA.
QUALIFICATIONS

Infor XA or ERP system knowledge. Good verbal and written skills with exceptional selling and negotiating. Planning skills, self motivation, analytical. |
