A Fortune 500 company headquartered in Atlanta is on a search for a Sales Tax Accountant.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review monthly sales and use tax returns for multiple locations


• Manage state and local sales tax audits


• Review and update nexus for all state and local returns


• Prepare state and local business license registrations


• Manage the process of moving the sales and use tax function from the field to the corporate office

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business related field


• 3+ years of experience in preparing sales and use tax returns


• Experience with property tax returns, unclaimed property tax returns and fixed assets is a plus
