Position Description

Sales Trainer- Bilingual

The Sales Trainer will be responsible for effectively delivering compelling sales/product presentations and programs to enhance the skills of newly hired and current sales staff and/or sales management in our SCI Hispana Division. Additional responsibilities include supporting some facets of recruiting including sourcing, advertising, screening, interviewing, and assisting with reference checks for FSC and CSC level candidates including backgrounds and drug tests.
 
Job Responsibilities:
 
·        Promote the Dignity and Funeraria Del Angel brands by delivering knowledge of products and services to include Provider, Plan, and Family Support benefits with the ability to handle feedback and objections.
·        Effectively facilitate multiple training sessions, outline objectives, goals, and desired outcomes and deliver content in a clear, concise and engaging manner.
·        Train appropriate field associates (Location Managers, Funeral Directors, Family Service Counselors, and others as necessary) presentation materials and scripts.
·        Initiate and participate in role plays with associates and conduct follow-up feedback to ensure the concepts and body of knowledge is retained and demonstrated.
·        Provide appropriate recruitment support to hiring manager’s requirements.
·        Partner with the Hispana recruiter to coordinate and facilitate recruitment functions, including job and career fairs as required and leverage corporate-sponsored recruitment programs as well as negotiated fee structures where they exist for various recruitment services and tools.
·        Work with line management, Hispana recruiter, and HR to identify needs and create a recruiting plan for the job openings assigned.

·        High school diploma or equivalent is required, college a plus.
·        Minimum 3 years experience in sales and 5 years experience training sales personnel.
·        Must be bilingual in Spanish/English (read, write and speak both languages fluently).
·        Previous experience in recruiting and interviewing is preferred.
·        Computer literate with in-depth knowledge of MS office products and web based systems.
·        Can demonstrate effective facilitation skills and follow-up methods in one-on-one and group settings.
·        Strong initiative, high energy, strong sense of urgency and the ability to handle multiple tasks within specific periods of time.
·        Ability to handle complicated questions/objections accurately and in detail.
·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
·        Ability to be flexible and manage a changing work schedule.
·        Experience in the death care industry is a plus.
