Our Client, a Poultry/Meat Processing company, is currently seeking a Sanitation Supervisor for their facility in the South.  The ideal Sanitation Supervisor will have at least 1+ years in a Sanitation Supervisor role with a recent background in USDA, Poultry/Meat processing facility.  A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, but not required.  Relocation is provided.  Apply now as this is an immediate need!

Responsibilities include:

-  Manage all the Sanitation activities.

-  Manage daily workloads, training staff, and handle performance reviews and goal setting.

-  Managing PestControl

-  Implementation of HACCP; strong knowledge of USDA regulations

-  Develop, monitor and/or respond to weekly, monthly and other necessary periodic Sanitation and/or Quality Assurance audits.

-  Responsible for inventory and storing of sanitation supplies.

-  Monitor staffing to reduce costs and increase efficiencies whenever possible.

-  Responsible for training all new sanitation workers in proper cleaning SSOPs, chemical use, and safety procedures. 

-  Manage detailed cleaning tasks through sanitation work orders, and master sanitation schedules.

-  Additional responsibilities as necessary.

Qualifications:

-          Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but not required

-          1-3 years Sanitation Supervisory background within a USDA facility

-          Exposure to GMPs

-          Strong knowledge of USDA reqgulations

-          HACCP Implementation

-          Experience in Pest Control

-          Open to Shift
