A national workforce solutions provider to Fortune 500 companies, Superior Technical Resources has an immediate opening for a Technical Staffing Supervisor to work onsite at the customer’s Sayre, PA location. Primary responsibilities include management of the Company’s on-site staffing program including customer service, recruitment of contract/temporary employees, hiring and supervising on-site support staff. Applicants will also responsible for additional managerial and administrative duties as directed by Company. Essential duties include:  

•Recruit, hire, and oversee administrative supervision of assigned contract employees.

•Supervise onsite’s administrative activities including personnel administration, payroll/billing, quality program compliance, report generation and maintenance of appropriate files in accordance with Company policy. 

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and two years of high volume recruiting experience.  Minimum 2 years of supervisory and staffing industry experience.  2 years of current experience with MS Word and Excel is required, as well as 2 years online recruiting.

Experience working onsite at a customer location.  Must have strong interpersonal skills, excellent written, ability to work independently and verbal communication ability, and must present a positive and professional image.
