Position Description:

Candidate will install, calibrate, troubleshoot and repair all types of scales


Successful candidate must be prepared and willing to perform essential functions either in a calibration laboratory or at a customer site
 


Job Requirements:

  • Experience as a Scale Technician a plus.
  • Basic electronics knowledge and mechanical aptitude
  •  Qualified candidates must possess a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to lift 50 + lbs with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Successful candidate must be able to travel to offsite customer locations and work either inside or outside in all types of environments (heat/cold/wet/dry/clean/dirty)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to show a track record of excellent attention to detail.
  • Proven computer skills (programming a plus)
  • Must use own basic hand tools (Wrenches, screwdrivers, etc.). Additional required tools will be provided.
  • Knowledge/Training regarding working in safety sensitive areas is a plus.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL License preferred).
