Position: Senior Scheduler                                                                            

MOCA Systems is a nationally recognized program and construction management firm that greatly improves project performance.

MOCA provides a breakthrough approach to project controls (cost and schedule management) that helps owners more consistently achieve better within-budget and on-time project performance. MOCA professionals use existing cost and scheduling applications such as Primavera(TM) and Timberline Cost Estimating, augmented with our proprietary MOCABuild(TM) software platform, to meet project requirements throughout the programming, design and construction phases.

With MOCA experiencing steady growth, we are actively seeking a Senior Scheduler to augment an existing project team and become the lead scheduler supporting multi-million dollar construction programs. Interested candidates should have a thorough understanding of critical path scheduling techniques and construction principles, to develop and maintain project and construction schedules. The successful candidate(s) will support and augment existing project team in the development of schedules and budgets using standard cost and scheduling applications augmented by the MOCABuild project controls system.  

Qualities you will have if you are a great candidate:      

Required

·         Four-year college degree (B.S.)

·         5+ years of scheduling experience using Primavera or MS Project

·         Demonstrated MS word processing and Excel proficiency

·         Detail oriented, analytical and clear communicator

A Plus

·         1+ year of cost estimating experience

·         Experience with USACE, AFCEE or NAVFAC construction programs

·         Primavera Certification

·         Interest in using cutting edge schedule simulation software platform

Are you able to perform the typical duties and responsibilities this job requires?

·         Leads the development  and analysis of independent and third party cost loaded, critical path schedules for a variety of construction projects

·         Analyzes, evaluates, and forecasts current status against an established baseline schedule

·         Assesses the impact(s) of design or construction changes and schedule slippages

·         Maintain a Master Integrated Program Schedule that includes multiple projects and dependencies  

·         Work closely with project management team in setting project goals and analyzing the status of projects.

·         Supervise and guide a team of junior schedule personnel

·         Communicate clearly with a wide variety of technical professionals.
