We are expanding our scientific and medical writing team due to continued business growth. As Scientific Director you will manage and mentor our growing medical writing team, serve as a strategic partner and interface with global and US clients, help to pursue and grow new business opportunities, and write engaging scientific and clinical content. This is a senior management position.

Requirements

• At least 7-10 years experience in a medical communications agency
  
• Track record for mentoring and growing a medical writing team
  
• Strong client management and public speaking skills
  
• Publications planning and delivery experience
  
• Strong business acumen
  
• Scientific or clinical degree essential; advanced degree preferred 
  
• Occasional travel including international travel
