Position Description

Manage
and coordinate Environmental Services Division operation strategies and
activities. Responsible for the Profit and Loss, business planning, new
business development, sales forecasting and leading the environmental team
towards increased sales performance and profitability. Perform customer
service, forming new relationships and maintaining current client
relationships. Assist with the development and implementation of organization
policies, practices, procedures, and attainment of operating goals. Review,
analyze, and report on planning activities such as new commitments, status of
work in progress, and problems encountered. May assign, or delegate
responsibility for specified work or functional activities.

Skills Required

15+
years in the environmental industry, with at least 10 years in project/program
management. Previous experience running an environmental services division is
preferred. Should have strong business acumen, negotiation skills and excellent
customer relationship development ability and able to engage with senior level
client executives. Need excellent communication, people management, and leadership
skills.
