We are currently seeking a senior Scientific / Clinical Recruiter for our life sciences vertical. The qualified candidate should be able to aggressively recruit for open positions and manage existing client relationships. 

Role:

-         Recruit candidates using job boards, internet, in house database, as well as networking (with candidates & user groups)

-         Identify, screen and submit suitable candidates in a rapid turnaround environment

-         Manage interview scheduling, conduct reference checks and negotiate salary packages

-         Document and track screening and placement activities in database

The ideal candidate will possess:

-         In-depth understanding and proven success in resourcing across pharmaceutical, biotechnology or medical device industries

-         2+ years of experience hiring candidates in Bioinformatics, Biology, Chemistry or Clinical Research disciplines in a contract or direct hire environment

-         Strong communication skills and maturity in handling the negotiation process with the candidate as well as the client

-         Experience with any Vendor Management Systems or Managed Service Providers

-         Ability to work independently, and in a team environment

-         Bachelor's degree in Science
