Reports To: Marketing Manager


 


Summary: Responsible for execution of PPC, SEO and social media strategies for all markets. The objective of this position is to develop, implement, optimize and report on PPC, SEO and social media initiatives for the company in order to meet defined sales goals. The ideal candidate must possess a working knowledge of SEO and PPC search marketing and social media techniques with a proven track record of growing sales.


 


Primary Responsibilities


PPC:


1.  50%-60% of position will deal with working with major search engines to create keyword and    copy proposals for new campaign or accounts based on objectives.


2.      Review and optimize accounts daily in order to maximize efficiency based an account objectives.


3.      Manage bid rules and optimization at the campaign, ad group and keyword levels to drive account performance.


4.      Execute and report on testing initiatives to test ad copy and landing page variations.


5.      Analyze website traffic and provide well defined technical, optimization strategies for search engine improvement that maximizes ROI and increases the rank of natural search result listings and effectiveness of PPC campaigns.


 


SEO:


1.      Drive strategic, analytical and revenue generating traffic in projects related to SEO.


2.      Proactively identify best practices and lead the business and technical requirements to adopt and implement these best practices.


3.      Optimized title and description tag development.


4.      Executing linking strategies for all divisions.


 


Social Media:


1.      Develop a social media plan and implement.


2.      Assess traffic opportunities related to Social Media, including Facebook, You Tube, Twitter, and blogs.


3.      In-depth knowledge of SEO and online media; up to date with latest industry trends, technology and changes.


 


General responsibilities


1.   Create weekly reports that summarize the performance of accounts for the previous week.


2.      In depth knowledge of SEO, PPC, and online media.


3.      Perform other duties as assigned.


 


Knowledge and Skill Requirements


1.      3+ year’s relevant experience.


2.      Bachelor’s Degree or applicable work experience and skills.


3.      Well versed in Google AdWords, Yahoo Search Marketing, and MSN AdCenter paid search interfaces.


4.      Familiar with web analytics tools.


5.      A sharp mind with the ability to grasp concepts quickly and handle multiple projects simultaneously.


6.      Must be highly organized.


7.      Precise project coordination skills and ability to meet deadlines.


8.      Strong communication skills with individuals at all levels of an organization.


9.      Proficiency in MS Applications.
