Responsibilities to include but not limited to: .


            Filing paper files and documents in alpha as well as numeric order.


Scanning and/or copying projects.


Conference room set up for meetings/seminars


Distribution of Mail, Copy Paper, and Supplies.


Errands as needed.


 


 


Work 25-30 hours per week (ideal hours 9-3) on a daily basis from January 15 to  May 15, 2009.

            Reasoning Skills:

Ability to use Microsoft Word and Outlook, and other software programs as required.


 


Appearance/Personality:


Professional, upbeat, energetic, takes initiative, dependable, and takes pride in work.


 


Special Requirements:


Valid drivers license and dependable transportation.
