Responsibilities to include but not limited to: .
Filing paper files and documents in alpha as well as numeric order.
Scanning and/or copying projects.
Conference room set up for meetings/seminars
Distribution of Mail, Copy Paper, and
Errands as needed.
Work 25-30 hours per week (ideal hours 9-3) on a daily basis from January 15 to May 15, 2009.

Valid drivers license and dependable transportation.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; and use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls. The employee frequently is required to reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee is required to sit and talk and hear.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
