We are currently seeking several motivated and talented Retail Sales Associates, as well as one Shift Supervisor, to join our Marketing team to help launch an exciting pilot program!  These individuals will be responsible for driving our business to new levels by launching product sales of collectible dolls at our company’s new retail kiosk at The Woodfield Mall in Schaumburg, IL.  We will provide top-notch training about our products and enable our Associates to gain valuable sales and business skills in an innovative and entrepreneurial environment.  Ideal candidates for the Associate positions will have retail experience, a great work ethic, and a contagious passion for sales and the customer.  The Shift Supervisor position requires retail sales management experience with demonstrated skills of leading, supporting and scheduling a team.

Responsibilities:

·         Exhibit a positive, outgoing personality and enjoy working with and engaging customers

·         Take initiative to find new and more effective ways of increasing sales to grow the business

·         Demonstrate product knowledge, monitor and maintain product inventory levels, take and track product orders

·         Perform opening and closing duties at the kiosk

Qualifications:

·         Knowledge about dolls and collectibles, or eagerness to learn about this industry, required

·         Retail or sales experience preferred

·         Point-of-sale (POS) system or cash register experience a plus

·         Outgoing, enthusiastic personality with excellent interpersonal skills

·         Ability to demonstrate the highest level of customer service at all times

·         Flexibility is a must, as some evenings, weekends, and holidays will be required

·         Ability to work well individually and as part of a team

·         Supervisor will need to be proficient at scheduling and managing a sales staff/team
