Seasonal Sales Manager
About the Job
Saks Off Fifth is currently seeking a Seasonal Sales Manager for its Franklin Mills location. To qualify for this position the ideal candidate will have prior retail management experience and be able to execute the following:
- Achieve monthly and annual sales service projections. Ensure compliance of all policies and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service
- Anticipate and provide proper salon staffing
- Accountable for inventory control
- Facilitate proper maintenance of the salon
- Maintain security and safety procedures for employee and customer protection
- Understanding and awareness of all HR regulations as stated in the HR guide and Operations manual
- Maintain effective communication with Corporate teams
- Maintain contact with Merchandising Department regarding salon inventory needs
- Assist in building business, and expanding customer ba
- Promote referrals
- Project a professional and positive demeanor
- Motivate staff
