Mrs. Fields Famous Brands, LLC is one of the largest franchisors in the premium snack-food industry, featuring Mrs. Fields Cookies and TCBY as our core brands. We are the largest retailer of freshly baked specialty cookies and brownies and the largest retailer of soft-serve frozen yogurt in the United States. We operate through a network of nearly 1,000 retail locations domestically and operate in 15 countries internationally.
In addition to our retail stores, we operate a business dedicated to personal and corporate gift giving. We market a variety of freshly baked cookies, brownies, and other gift items under our Mrs. Fields brand name via a catalog, the Internet, an in-house call center, online affiliate programs, and strategic partnerships/corporate accounts.
We are currently looking for talented Seasonal Sales & Service Agents to provide our customers with the highest levels of customer service and facilitate the process of purchasing our world famous products. Our season closes at the end of December.
Position Summary
The Seasonal Sales & Service Agent will:
• Receive and process customer orders by phone, fax, and mail.
• Ensure that calls are answered in a timely manner.
• Be aware at all times of any customer calls in queue.
• Perform outbound call programs.
• Sell Mrs. Field’s products to customers, suggest items, and up-sell on each call.
• Track and research package issues for customers.
• Negotiate effectively with customers, find effective solutions to any problem with orders or Mrs. Fields service and products.
• Maintain a superior customer service image for Mrs. Fields.
• Process catalog requests and removals.
• Complete all work assigned by the management team.
• Participate in monthly and quarterly sales incentive programs, achieve sales goals as set by management.
Position Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
• High school diploma, GED certificate, or equivalent.
• The ability to type 35 words per minute (a grammar and typing speed test will be required of each candidate considered for hire).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, and Internet browsing software.
• Availability for a flexible schedule with some weekend shifts required.
• 3 to 6 months of previous call center experience (sales / suggestive selling experience is a plus).
