Seasonal tax return preparers with individual federal and state experience.  Partnership and fiduciary experience are a plus.

Prefer candidates having 2+ years tax return preparation experience with a CPA firm or tax return preparation service.  Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred, but not required.  Other items of interest:

1)  Experience with tax software such as Pro Systems, Lacerte, or Turbo Tax

2)  Familiarity with EXCEL

3)  Ten key proficiency 

4)  Good written and verbal communication skills

5)  Organization

6)  Attention to detail

7)  Accurate, timely, and mostly error-free work product

8)  Interaction with other team members
