Edgepark Medical Supplies, a national distributor of disposable medical products, is looking for a Second Shift Outbound Team Lead (hours - 12:30pm to 9:00pm Monday – Friday) to assist with operations in our Twinsburg headquarters.  We are looking for a candidate who possesses sound leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively manage time and resources.  The position will be responsible for coordinating the Outbound Operations, assisting in training as well as preparing products for shipment in a quick and accurate manner.  Our ideal candidate must be able to learn and communicate by working hands-on with all levels of Operations employees to further develop supervisory skills.  Successful candidate will be placed on a fast track to Operations Leadership through comprehensive leadership training.

Previous warehouse distribution experience is required. Experience using warehouse management systems preferred. Use of RF Technology is a plus. All applicants must be willing to submit a drug screen.
