Director of Operations
A premiere national contract security services company seeks a senior level security professional to provide leadership and operational oversight of its Connecticut division. The position will be responsible for the management of and the delivery of professional security services at all account sites, including several large and nationally recognized customers.
Viable candidates must have the following minimum qualifications for consideration:
· College graduate
· 10 years of security experience in corporate security or contract security field
· 3 years in a leadership/operational management position
· Superior oral, written and computer communications skills
· Mature, polished demeanor
· CPP or CSP designation a plus
The successful candidate must have a proven track record of achievement in successfully managing diverse, multi-site accounts and delivering operational excellence to customers. He or she must also have direct experience in customer relations, scheduling, operational management and developing and supporting a results-driven multi-dimensional asset protection program for our clients. At the same time, candidates must demonstrate the ability to mentor his or her account managers and create a positive employee-focused work culture for our employees.
We offer a base annual salary of $50,000 – 70,000, depending on experience, a generous industry-leading benefits package and unlimited financial and career growth in one of the nation’s fastest growing and unique security companies.
