Divisional Vice President
A premiere national contract security services company seeks a proven and driven leader to manage its large and growing Northeast division from its Connecticut offices. The position will be responsible for all sales, operational, P&L and administrative functions and will manage two support offices that are staffed with a Regional Business Development Manager, Operations Directors, HR/Training Managers, Administrative Assistants and other support personnel.
Viable candidates must have the following minimum qualifications for consideration:
· College graduate
· 10 years of experience in the contract security field
· A minimum of 5 years in a leadership/senior management position
· Superior oral, written and computer communications skills with experience in successfully interfacing with a wide range of clients in various industries
· A passion for business success, customer satisfaction and employee loyalty
· Mature, polished demeanor
· Ability to lead both sales and operations with a proven track record of sales leadership and customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate must have a proven track record of achievement in successfully managing a large contract security business portfolio. He or she must have the ability to drive robust sales and profitable growth, establish and maintain customer loyalty and create a positive employee-focused work culture for our employees.
We offer a base annual salary of $90,000 - $110,000 with an opportunity to earn upwards of $175,000 with bonuses, depending on experience, a generous industry-leading benefits package and unlimited financial and career growth in one of the nation’s fastest growing and unique security companies.
