CUSTOMER SERVICE/INSIDE SALES SUPERVISOR
We are looking for an individual who has extremely good Customer Service Supervisory skills and is effective in communicating and following up with our customers and prospective customers. Ability to generate sales with outbound calls. Ability to help establish and track performance metrics and reach our growth goals.
Experience with software such as Excel, Word, and Databases is essential.
