We are seeking a Full Time staff for the evening shift at TWA (The Watershed Apartments). TWA is our residential, extended care facility located in Lake Worth. The Security Patrol is responsible for monitoring and maintaining the safety and security of the premises, staff and tenants. Candidate must have the flexibility to float hours as needed.
Daily Responsibilities:
Promote a clean/sober, supportive and safe environment for staff and tenants.
Monitor and observe the property to ensure the safety to ensure safety and security of staff, tenants and property.
Ensure that only staff, tenants and approved visitors are on the premises.
Monitor and implement all safety precautions, procedures and plans.
Monitor and enforce tenant compliance with the Rules and Regulations of TWA.
Transport residents as needed.
Requirements:
Must be able to demonstrate oral and written communication skills.
Professional experience and training in residential property security services preferred.
Experience working in a healthcare setting strongly preferred.
Knowledge or experience in chemical dependency or behavioral health a plus!
Must be available to work days & evenings.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Evening shift but candidate must be flexible and willing to float to as necessary!
