The Security Planner & Coach will be
responsible for managing and coaching security forces: armed soldiers, security
screeners and commanders.



·        
PRIMARY
RESPONSIBILITIES:



ü      
Coaching armed security force.



ü      
Coaching teams of security screeners.



ü      
Coaching secured facilities array; offshore sites –
such as air ports, gas\oil field\oil rigs and other strategic sites.



ü      
Conducting training sessions regarding security and
inspection technologies and detection methods of weapons and IED’s, and armed
  security   forces.



ü      
Establishing, updating and maintaining various
procedures, protocols and regulations.



ü      
Designing and preparing training aids (both software
and hardware) such as presentations, documents, tests, simulated weapons and
IED’s etc.

 ADDITIONAL
RESPONSIBILITIES



ü      
 Lecturing on
aforementioned topics to members of the organization, clients or potential
clients.



ü      
 Constructing
presentations, documents, spreadsheets and other publication material to assist
different functions within the firm.

QUALIFICATIONS



ü      
At least 10 years of cumulative proven experience in
technological-based security roles including practical security inspection,
training and Naval orientation (seals/war boat commanders)



ü      
Comprehensive knowledge of existing weapon-detection
technologies i.e. AMDs, ETDs, X-ray/CT/diffraction x-ray, MMW, etc.



ü      
Experience/proven ability to plan and design security
outlines and to fully compose working procedures and guidelines.



ü      
Excellent training abilities, from drafting lecture
notes, constructing structured lessons and courses and up to fluent
presentation skills.



ü      
An excellent theoretical knowledge of explosive materials,
basic demolition and the world of weapons and IED’s.



ü      
Technical Skills – technical orientation,
understanding of basic electronic and mechanical assemblies. Must be able to
construct training aids inclusive of IED stimulants.



ü      
Computer skills – MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
proficiency, and Internet data-gathering abilities. Familiarity with MS-Visio –
A plus.



ü      
English Proficiency  – verbal, reading and
writing, including (but not limited to) technical material



ü      
Great interpersonal skills and a team player.



ü      
Independent, proactive and able to manage and motivate
others.
