Job Purpose:
Maintains a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by establishing and enforcing security policies and procedures; supervising the security guard force.

Duties:
* Responsible for staff selection, training, supervision and discipline.

* Serves as client liason.

* Must be flexible to assist, inspect or offer training on all shifts and respond to site as required.

Requirements:

* Must have prior verifiable experience in security industry

* Ability to obtain all required licensing 

* Computer literate

* Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English

* No criminal convictions
