Contract Project Manager
Doyon Security Services, LLC, a Federal Government Contractor, is seeking qualified professionals to serve as Contract Project Manager for armed guard services in the Madison, WI area.
Contract Project Manager: The Contract Project Manager is a senior employee and is the central point of authority and is responsible for all activities associated with armed and unarmed contract guard services on specific programs. The Contract Project Manager is responsible for implementing corporate policies and procedures through key management personnel at multiple job sites.
Responsibilities include monitoring contract compliance through oversight of on-site work distribution; scheduling and training; act as a direct daily liaison between government officials and Doyon Security Services, LLC.
Qualifications require a minimum Bachelor's degree - or substantial and credible law enforcement, military or business management experience. Possess extensive background through experience or education in complex security guard operations and site-specific procedures. Must have relevant experience or a comparable level of experience in managing multiple guard deployment locations in excess of 350 FTE’s and have five (5) years specialized experience in: •Project management and development •Expertise in resources, management control and funding for projects •Experience with efficient report mechanisms in project management •Management experience in multi-task contacts of various types of complexity
A combination of education and experience equal to the qualifications above may be considered. Successful applicants must be able to secure a secret security clearance, armed security license if required, and must be a United States citizen.
