Job Description for Security - Project Manager
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the morale, discipline and welfare of all security associates
- Develop schedules for associates
- Supervise and coach shift supervisors
- Conduct training and enforce policies
- Conduct training and enforce client protocols and standard operating procedures
- Coordinate special activities (locker inspection, assist in emergencies, special trainings, etc)
- Disseminate client directives to ensure associates understand security procedures
- Interviews potential candidates
- Conduct orientations with new associates
- Conduct and direct incident investigations
- Review all documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Process payroll weekly
- Liaison between our Company and the client
- Counsel associates; provide recognition for exceptional performance and systematic levels of discipline for substandard performance
Basic Qualifications:
- 1+ years of supervisory experience - Ability to work with people
- Excellent oral and written communications skills (English and Spanish)
- Knowledge of security investigations and reports
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel is a must
- Ability to manage priorities
- Excellent organizational skills
- A Team player and able to follow through on Management requests timely
