Position Responsibilities:
Develop business plans for sales and market penetration
Meet and exceed sales objectives for residential and small business installations and monitoring
Play prominent role in developing sales support material
Have significant input into products and services to be offered
Establish and maintain strong client relationships
Develop consultative relationships with key decision makers
Prepare proposals and presentations
Work Collaboratively with operations and other departments
Essential skills and experience:
Successful track record of selling electronic security systems to residential and small business clients for two to five years
Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience
Excellent organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a teammate
Strong interpersonal skills
Consultative selling skills and strong sense of urgency
