Primary Responsibilities
- Responsible for delivery of service in conformance with contract and program within the respective area of responsibility and Fort McCoy for the installation and service of security systems on military bases. 15% travel. Company van is provided.
- Functions as the point of contact for the Military Program Manager (ARPM)
- Provides forecasts and budgets input for equipment lifecycle replacements for electronic security systems (ESS) on base
- Manages preventive maintenance schedule for all ESS subject to preventive maintenance under this contract, to include all correspondence, service reports and daily work logs.
- This position’s functions include coordinating for dispatch and positioning the Regional Maintenance Technicians (RMT) to ensure the best distribution of the technical resources, directing all preventive maintenance activities throughout the assigned region
- Provides supervision and guidance to each RMT assigned.
- Monitor all work to ensure quality performance and accurate completion.
- Assist both the RMT and Military customers with technical, application and service related aspects of integrated alarm systems.
- Interface with support center (engineering), testing and documentation (research) as needed.
- Provides emergency service response and preventive maintenance service as scheduled and required.
Job Qualifications
· Minimum of two years project management experience in the design, installation and maintenance of security systems equipment, including: intrusion detection, access control, CCTV, WSTI, Burglar Alarm, and related equipment. Must also be able to install and service the equipment as needed.
· Computer experience using MS Projects, MS Word, Excel and Windows
· Must have “basic" tool kit. Specialty tools to be provided by company.
· Proficient in reading and writing English language
· Currently hold or ability to obtain security clearance
· Emergency / On-call travel if needed
