Job Description
- Learn proper policies and procedures of the full hiring life cycle
- Work closely with Executives and Team Members to support customer recruiting needs and match the right candidate to those requirements
- Develop network of candidates and maintain candidate relationships utilizing an internal database and maintaining continuous correspondence
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews, prepare candidate for client interviews, and complete interview debriefs
- Perform candidate reference checks
- Utilize and enter client/candidate information and updates in Application Tracking System
- Performs other related duties as required including future sales/business development responsibilities
- The goal of this position is to become a proficient recruiter and move into outside sales within 6-8 months in order to develop new business. The sales position will be in our Engineering & Construction division covering North & South Carolina which will require extensive weekly travel.

- Utilize a variety of recruiting methods to source, identify and attract top-performing Engineering & Construction professionals
- Develop a community presence by networking with local leaders and associations
Job Qualifications
· Bachelors Degree is Business or related field is required.
· Ability to develop client networks within a specified region, and aggressively develop close candidate/networking relationships is required
· Ability to meet deadlines and work under minimal supervision
· Excellent communication skills
· Professional demeanor
