We are in search of a talented professional Selling Branch Manager with demonstrated success in business development, sales and client negotiation to join our organization in our Charlotte/Mooresville/Huntersville, NC offices. Debbie’s Staffing Services is a leader in the Staffing Industry focusing on clerical, administrative, and light industrial staffing on Direct Hire, Temporary and Temp-to-Hire basis. As a Selling Branch Manager you will be responsible for, but not limited to; developing a new client base by marketing our services through cold calling, client visits, participating in networking organizations and events, etc. You will be responsible for negotiating bill rates and service agreements and manage existing client relations and services for all accounts by conducting on-site client visits. In addition, you will communicate and coordinate all aspects of branch operations, financial management of branch operations, hire, train and develop a qualified staff, coach and counsel associates on behavioral and performance issues, conduct performance reviews and staff meetings, and manage internal staff of Account Managers, Service Coordinators and administrative personnel.


To be successful in our organization, you need to be able to provide excellent customer service to enhance client relations and possess strong time management skills. We appreciate strong work ethics, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and high level of personal integrity. Additional skills include but not limited to proficient knowledge of Microsoft programs and previous staffing experience. 4-year degree and previous industry experience preferred. Candidates must also possess strong organizational skills, be detail oriented, able to multi-task, and work in a fast paced environment. Salary is commensurate with experience and could include a base plus commission and company car, along with a full benefits package.
