The Branch Manager supervises and directs a staff composed of recruiters and staffing specialists responsible for servicing employment needs of customers in a given geographical area. Develops and maintains excellent client relationships and promotes new business. He/She must possess and demonstrate a high-level of professionalism and customer service skills, excellent oral and written communication and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced industry. Previous experience in staffing, human resources/recruiting, or customer service is a plus.
Capabilities of our Selling Branch Managers include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Responsible for the overall financial operation and profitability of the branch
- Managing the P&L for the branch
- Provides overall management direction and support to branch employees, promotes teamwork
- Ensures customer satisfaction, manages customer relations issues
- Increases sales and profits by generating new business
- Responsible for maintaining compliance with the company's quality programs and processes
Desired qualifications include:
- Great communication skills
- A Bachelors Degree preferred, and a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in customer service, human resources, sales or general management
- Staffing industry experience required
- Excellent communication skills, wirtten and oral
