Help Frazer, LLP remain a leader in the Public Accounting industry by acting as Semi-Senior Tax Accountant who recommends tax strategies; files federal, state, and local tax documents; prepares tax provision schedules; recommends tax strategies; maintains legislative materials and compliance with regulations; revises procedures; identifies profitability of potential mergers and acquisitions. This individual would also be leading and mentoring Interns and/or Staff Accountants through reviews and training.
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in Public Accounting Firm is required.

- Easily analyzes and prioritizes information, distilling it to the critical issues and drawing accurate conclusions.

- Manages complexities and competing priorities. Coordinates information and activities among groups with differing agendas, across multi-functional areas.

- Proficiency in asset management, capital adequacy and profitability measures and analysis, and makes appropriate recommendations to achieve financial goals.
