We are looking for a dynamic sales professional with seven to ten years of experience in a Staffing/Recruiting firm in a technical industry such as I.T., Engineering, Law or Finance.  At least four of these years need to be as an Account Executive/Executive Recruiter, securing new accounts and developing long term relationships with C-Level executives.

Ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and oral; a passion for driving new business, and the ability to develop strong client loyalty. 

Leadership experience is a major plus. 

This position is based at our headquarters in Pembroke Pines, Florida.  However, to be considered, you must be willing to travel, from time to time to metro areas we wish to develop.

This position has tremendous growth potential – both financially and professionally - for an individual who is sharp, dedicated and willing to work hard.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in a Staffing/Consulting Firm, in I.T., Engineering or other     technical field, including
• 4+ years as an Account Executive/Executive Recruiter
• Strong achievements in new business generation
• Proven ability to develop client loyalty
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Four year degree strongly preferred.
• Leadership/Management experience a plus
