• 3+ years experience in a business development role in the staffing industry
• Experience sourcing and placing IT professionals in contract assignments
• BS degree in IT, Business or related field
• Entrepreneurial spirit
• Exceptional communication skills
• Leadership and team building experience
• A strong desire to succeed
