Responsibilities




  • Proactively prospect, pursue and close new business
  • Qualify prospects and contacts in order to meet monthly sales targets
  • Develop, manage and deploy targeted sales strategies to generate new business and solidify long-term business relationships

  • Assess and forecast monthly and quarterly pipelines and accurately prepare sales activity reports
  • Manage sales cycle from beginning to end, encompassing initial contact, product demonstration, trial, quote, negotiation and close
  • Become a product expert on the Web performance monitoring and security scanning market

Requirements



  • Minimum of 5 years direct selling experience selling SaaS, e-commerce or Web performance measurement software or services
  • Minimum of 7 years of successful quota selling directly to Fortune 1000 companies
  • Proven track record as a successful field-based salesperson with the ability to negotiate and close deals
  • Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills 
  • Excellent organizational and verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering preferred
