We are looking for a proven Sr. Accountant ready to advance their career to join our Finance team to drive the regional financial statement preparation and analysis process for a company that's thriving in a down economy. As our Naperville, Illinois-based Sr. Accountant, your first mission will be to quickly gain an understanding of the software and accounting systems used here. Your advanced skills in Excel, along with hands-on use of accounting systems such as MS NAV or Great Plains will allow you to hit the ground running. As a top candidate, besides being extremely well organized, detailed and exacting, you can step away from your efforts and analyze them. For the motivated candidate, expect this position to be varied, challenging and, ultimately, highly fulfilling as you work collaboratively within our dynamic, friendly and fast-paced environment.

Essential Job Functions

  • Financial statement preparation and analysis
  • Ability to budget and forecast
  • Journal entry preparation
  • Account analysis & reconciliation
  • Communicate with assigned locations regarding financial matters
  • Monthly Sales Reporting
  • Entry into COGNOS- Financial Consolidation System


  • Advanced understanding of accounting principles
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel
  • Ability to handle multiple deadlines
  • Dynamics NAV (Navision) Preferred
  • 5 to 7 years' general accounting experience
  • BS Accounting
