This westside private equity firm is currently seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team. The Senior Accountant will assist in compilation of quarterly and annual financial packages for fund entities and management companies. This role will perform financial analysis and timely reconciliation of accounts for multiple entities. In addition, the Senior Accountant will prepare state, local and foreign tax filings, adhering to due dates and maintaining compliance with tax authorities. The position pays in the range of $75K/yr. A mix of public and private accounting experience is a must. A CPA is preferred. A U.S. Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance is required. Intermediate Account Analysis, corporate tax, general ledger, equity accounting and MS Excel experience is required.
