Description:
This position will have accountabilities for the Global Asset Management (GAM) Financials and Cost to Manage Assets Reporting. Our team is looking for a dynamic contributor to identify and facilitate changes to improve business processes.
This will include but is not limited to:
* Prepare GAM reporting package on a monthly basis
* Work with various departments to obtain information for global templates
* Develop standard methodology to obtain GAM reporting data
* Develop relationships with GAM reporting group in the UK
* Ensure GAM reporting is complete per establish deadlines
* Work with fee group to ensure revenue is reported appropriately
* Participate in GAM reporting working groups.
* Prepare Cost to Manage Assets Report
* Complete Cost Allocation Worksheets
* Participate in the annual investment operations budget process
* Facilitate process improvement within responsibilities
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting is REQUIRED. CMA or CPA preferred.
* 4+ years of experience, with degree.
* Solid knowledge of accounting area preferred (i.e., investments, insurance products, premium, tax).
* Proven ability to work in a team environment.
* Customer focused approach and good analytical and problem solving skill.
* Excellent organizational, planning, prioritization and follow up skills.
* Ability to multi task and work independently in a dynamic environment.
* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
* Demonstrated ability to take feedback constructively.
Salary/Benefits: > $25,000
The salary range for this position is $42,000 - $56,000 - $70,000.
