POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

TAMPA BAY AREA

• 4+ years of accounting/finance experience, with an understanding of P&C reporting.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of statutory reporting and filings.
• STAT background and preparation of quarterly statutory statements.
• Bachelors in finance or accounting, CPA is preferred.
• Understanding of GAAP and knowledge of STAT to GAAP reconciliation.
• Ability to prepare Schedule F and Schedule P.
• Strength in performing reconciliations.
• Understanding of general ledger accounting and financial reporting.
• Strength in Excel and Access.
• Positive and enthusiastic communication skills.
• Relo provided to Tampa Bay area.
• Salary to $72,000.
