Senior Accountant
Dynamic, stable organization is currently searching for a Sr. Accountant with heavy fixed asset experience. This position will have the lead responsibility of their fixed assets, compliance for SOX and Sales/Use tax filings. Must have strong experience with analysis of financial data as well as the ability to maneuver within several database and spreadsheet applications. Must have the ability to take the lead in coordinating month end close process, financial reporting and ensure the accuracy of the general ledger. Project management skills are critical to this role with the ability to take the lead in financial projects. BS in Accounting or Finance, MBA or CPA is strongly preferred. Must have at least 6 years of experience in Accounting. Great Plains and Advanced Excel skills are required for the position.
