Established CPA Practice in Lancaster and Berks Counties is currently seeking a Senior Accountant.  The Senior Accountant should have a superior understanding of all technical areas relating to financial statements, income tax, payroll and software programs.  Qualified candidates will be responsible for staying current with tax law changes, applying tax laws to benefit clients and developing junior accountants to achieve their goals.  The Senior Accountant must have excellent oral and written communication skills, be capable of planning and organizing team goals and maintain the highest level of responsibility with respect to meeting their job goals and expectations.   Qualified candidates should have at least 3 years of public accounting experience.  Competitive base salary and bonus structures available, benefits included.
