Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

" Preparation of and enhancements to various monthly, quarterly and annual financials, reports and analyses for specific portfolio companies.
" Interaction and coordination with auditors as needed. 
" Preparation of balance sheets, profit and loss statements and other financial reports. 
" Cash flow monitoring, tracking, reconciling and forecasting.
" Semi-annual preparation of Advisory Board Books.
" Assistance with the quarterly valuation processes
" Ad-hoc reporting and special projects
" Miscellaneous responsibilities as deemed appropriate and needed within Finance Team.
Qualification Requirements:
" Bachelor's degree in Accounting. An advanced degree in Accounting as well as a CPA license is desired, but not required.  
" Must have 3+ years of related experience.  Preferably experience from working within public accounting, financial services or private equity. 
" Strong analytical skills.
" Must have experience with general ledger accounting systems. 

" Strong GAAP financial reporting experience.
" Ability to interface with tax professionals and to understand tax issues.
" Excellent knowledge of MS Excel.
" Strong verbal and written communication skills that will allow them to express the key points in a clear and concise manner.
" Strong team player who is able to work across multiple functions and disciplines.
" Have the ability to work with minimal direction when necessary to support the group's objectives.
