We have an immediate need in a growing property management and real estate development company for a Senior Accountant for multiple residential properties. Responsibilities of the Senior Accountant include preparing bank reconciliations, monthly financial statements, ensuring regulatory compliance with governmental agencies, fulfilling reporting requirements and general accounting duties. This Senior Accountant position reports directly to the Assistant Controller.

To be a qualified candidate for this Senior Accountant opportunity, a Bachelors in Accounting, Finance or related field and 5+ years of experience is required, preferably in real estate or property management.
