Senior Accountant Facility Accountant

·        Dealing with all aspects of the financial operation of the NJ subsidiary

·        Invoicing, managing the Payables and A/R collection,

·        Financial data entry and management of Quickbooks, among other duties of a analytical nature dealing with the operations.

·        This position would have no staff.

·        Duties would also include purchasing of supplies and interaction with clients and vendors related to payables and receivables.

 

Education/Experience

·        Degree in accounting Finance preferred or previous Experience equivalent

·        Must know Quickbooks, basic accounting rules, and Excel

 

SALARY is Between $35,000 and $40,000 per year
